Hunting and Fishing
Below are some of the animals that can be hunted on our land.
Please consult the information on the Government of Quebec website to learn about the hunting regulations in our area (Zone 10).

Black Bear
Hunting seasons take place throughout the spring and the fall, please call for exact dates. You can hunt with a bow and arrow or a rifle. Sites are baited prior to and during hunting season.
Moose
Moose hunting takes place in the fall, please call to confirm annual regulation. You can hunt with a bow and arrow or a rifle. Two tags (hunters) are required for EACH animal.
White Tail Deer
Hunting takes place in the fall. You can hunt using a bow & arrow, black powder gun, or a rifle.
If you are not a resident of Quebec, you are only allowed to hunt Bucks (males). Otherwise, residents can apply for the doe (female) and fawn draws.
Wolf
Hunting takes place in the fall & winter. You may hunt using a rifle. A small game licence is required.
Duck & Goose
For sucks, hunting takes place in the fall. Meanwhile, geese see a much shorter season, normally around the month of September. A federal license required. Please view the Migratory birds hunting regulations.
Small Game
There are plenty of animals that fall under small game on Brennan's Recreational Farms. Give Jack a call to ask any questions regarding hunting in the area.
Fishing
On Manny and Sheen Lake, there are a variety of fish including pickerel (dore), pike, bass and trout. We have boats (with oars) available to rent by the day, or week. Please note: you will need to provide your own lifejackets. Should you decide to bring a motor and gas, Canadian Boater Operators Card regulations will apply.
Ice Fishing
Ice Fishing with fishing hut rental is available. Our Manny Lake camp is the perfect stay for a fishing weekend (or week), surrounded by beautiful scenery.
